MowProHQ is built by Croft Business Solutions to help lawn care and outdoor service operators run the whole business — scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and getting paid — from one dashboard instead of a pile of spreadsheets and group texts.
Our story
MowProHQ started after watching lawn care operators juggle paper route sheets, texted quotes, and invoices that never quite matched what got mowed. We built the tool we wished existed: one place to schedule the week, quote a job in minutes, and send an invoice that gets paid on the spot.
Instead of charging per seat, we keep core ops free and unlimited. Optional Growth and Pro plans unlock advanced modules when you need them, and we also earn through card processing when a job gets paid.
