Privacy Policy

This policy covers the MowProHQ platform operated by Croft Business Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") — the marketing site at www.mowprohq.com and the dashboard used by lawn care and outdoor service businesses ("operators") to run their operations.

If you are a customer of one of our operators (for example, someone who booked a lawn service through an operator's website), your information is controlled by that operator, not by us. Each operator's public site links to its own privacy policy that explains how it handles your data.

• Account information: name, email, phone, password (stored as a salted hash), and business details you provide when you sign up or update your profile.
• Business data: the customers, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, and other records you enter into your account to run your business.
• Payment information: billing details for software plan subscriptions are handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Processing transaction details are stored to reconcile payments and produce reports.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and to understand how the product is used.
• Cookies: used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See "Cookies" below.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the MowProHQ platform
• Process software plan billing and card payments
• Send account, security, and transactional notifications by email or SMS
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers ("subprocessors") only as needed to operate the platform, including:

• Stripe / Square / NMI — payment processing and software plan billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — SMS notifications (only if you enable SMS in Settings)
• Supabase — database and file storage (logos, images, signed documents)
• Google — optional sign-in with Google, and address/weather lookups
• QuickBooks (Intuit) — optional accounting sync, only if you connect it
• Vercel / Sentry — hosting, infrastructure, and error monitoring

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Croft Business Solutions, our users, or others.

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@mowprohq.com.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, sessions are encrypted, and sensitive settings (such as processor API keys) are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mowprohq.com.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

MowProHQ is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of MowProHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
