Do I have to pay to use MowProHQ?+
No. The Free plan gives you the full core dashboard — scheduling, customers, quotes, invoicing, reports, the customer portal, and a branded website — at no cost, with unlimited team members. You only pay if you upgrade to Growth or Pro for advanced modules, or when a customer pays you by card.
What's the difference between the software plan and the processing rate?+
Your software plan (Free, Growth, or Pro) is the monthly fee that unlocks features. Your card processing rate follows that plan automatically: Free stays at 4% + $0.30, and Growth or Pro get Premium 3.5% + $0.30. You don't pick a processing tier separately.
Can I try Growth and Pro features before paying?+
