Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using MowProHQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

MowProHQ is business management software for lawn care and outdoor service operators, including scheduling, quoting, invoicing, customer and property management, crew dispatch, and a branded public website. Core features are free to use. Optional Growth and Pro software plans unlock additional features for a monthly fee, billed through Stripe. Card payments you collect from your customers are processed through our preferred processing partner or connected processor accounts, subject to standard processing rates disclosed on our pricing page.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Software plan fees (Growth and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may agree in our discretion. Card processing fees are deducted from payments your customers make through the platform, at the rate included with your software plan (as disclosed on our pricing page). You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. We may change fees with reasonable notice; continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or fraudulent communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into MowProHQ, including customer, property, job, quote, and invoice records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with applicable laws regarding your own customers' personal information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, NMI, Twilio, Resend, Supabase, Google, and QuickBooks. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these terms (such as limitation of liability) survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Croft Business Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Croft Business Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your own customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
