- Invoices can show a Regular (card-inclusive) total and a Cash price. Customers see the same policy from quote to pay, so the fee is not a surprise at the door.
- What are the card processing rates?
- NMI follows your plan: 4% + $0.30 on Free, 3.5% + $0.30 on Growth and Pro. Stripe uses Stripe’s rates plus a 1.5% MowProHQ platform fee. Cash and check are always free.

- Yes. The customer portal lets them view invoices, service history, and pay by card without calling the office.
